Terms of Use: 2019 Season Pass Netball Live Pass

We know you’re keen to start watching, but first here’s the legal stuff. It’s a good idea to have a read so you’re across how the 2019 Season Pass for Netball Live Pass (“Season Pass”) works.

If you’re a Telstra mobile customer with a current post-paid, pre-paid ($30+ active recharges) or mobile broadband plan, a Season Pass is included as part of your post-paid plan or when you maintain a $30+ active pre-paid recharge.

You can activate your Season Pass until 31 December 2019 using your compatible Telstra mobile or tablet on the Telstra mobile network by downloading the Netball Live Official app from the app stores (data charges apply) and following the prompts.

Video data usage for the Season Pass is unmetered within Australia when using your compatible Telstra device on the Telstra mobile network (this excludes usage at Telstra Air hotspots).

A Season Pass will not replace or cancel any existing Netball in-app subscription with a Google Play or App Store purchase.

The Netball Season Pass expires on 31 January 2020 and is only for use within Australia.

Outside Australia – The Netball Live app will live stream 2019 Suncorp Super Netball matches internationally to users who have a valid subscription through the App Store.

The Netball Live Official app will live stream the Quad Series, Constellation Cup and Fast5 World Series matches internationally to users who have a valid subscription through Google Play, excluding UK and New Zealand users. The video is restricted to the mobile device screen size being used and cannot be casted on to a larger screen. Data charges apply.

The Suncorp #TeamGirls Cup is at the Queensland State Netball Centre in Brisbane from March 8-10, 2019 and will be available to be streamed by any user that has the current version of the Netball Live app. Users with or without a valid subscription to Netball Live will be able to stream every match during the weekend live. Match replays will not be able to be streamed by users without a valid subscription after March 13. Video data usage is unmetered within Australia for eligible customers in respect of supported Telstra devices, as above. Video data usage may be charged to users not eligible in respect of supported Telstra services or other service providers.

Standard data charges apply when downloading the Netball Live Official app. Video data usage is unmetered within Australia for Eligible customers in respect of supported Telstra devices.

Terms of Use: Netball Live App Subscribers

Apple App store Subscribers

If you have an issue to resolve, with your subscription, you should contact the Apple app Store.

Access premium content for a recurring fee of $2.99 per week, $12.99 per month or $29.99 per year. You will be billed $2.99 every 7 days, $12.99 every 31 days or $29.99 every 365 days, automatically until you cancel your subscription.

New customers can enjoy a free two week trial with a Weekly, Monthly or Annual subscription. The Netball Live Pass can be cancelled at any point during or after the trial.

After the free two week trial period, you will be automatically billed $2.99 every 7 days, $12.99 every month, or $29.99 for the first year (365 days), to your nominated credit card, until you cancel your subscription.

You will be automatically billed within 24 hours of the end of your current subscription period. The auto-renewal function may be turned off by going to the App Store or iTunes Account Settings after purchase. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098 .

Cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Subscriptions cancelled during the subscription period aren’t eligible for a rebate or pro-rated charges, however, customers can continue to access their subscription, even after cancelling it, until the end of the subscription period they paid for.

When you purchase either a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, your purchase is via the App Store not with Telstra. If you have a billing issue to resolve, you should contact the App Store.

Google Play Subscribers

If you have an issue to resolve, with your subscription, you should contact the Google Play Store.

By downloading this application, you accept the following terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these terms, you must not download this application.

Telstra’s agreement with Netball Australia restricts the display of some live match videos to a 7 inch screen size. Match highlights and match replays are available for viewing in full screen size.

Video is restricted to certain device sizes for individual games and in different regions around the world. When you subscribe to the Netball Live Official App Weekly, Monthly or Annual Pass, you agree, as the relevant mobile service account holder, to Telstra and its related bodies corporate collecting and using the location of your mobile handset to provide you with game coverage.

Standard data charges apply when downloading or using the Netball Live Official App. Video data usage is unmetered only for eligible Telstra customers.
