Finals FAQs

Vixens, who finished on top of the ladder at the end of the home and away season, will host the Major Semi-Final against [team two]. The game will take place 1pm (AEST), Saturday 3 October 2020 at University of Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast.

[Team three], who finished on top of the ladder at the end of the home and away season, will host the Minor Semi-Final against [team four]. The game will take place at 1pm (AEDT), Sunday 4 October 2020, at University of Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast.

The loser of the Major Semi Final, [team one] v [team two] will host the Preliminary Final. The game will take place at 1pm (AEDT), Sunday 11 October at either University of Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast or Nissan Arena, Brisbane. The hosting team will have a choice between these two venues.

The winner of the Major Semi Final, [team one] v [team two] will host the Grand Final. The game will take place at 1pm (AEDT), Sunday 18 October at Nissan Arena, Brisbane.

Both home and away team members* will have pre-sale access from 9.00am-12.00pm (AEST for Semi Finals and AEDT for the Preliminary Final and Grand Final) on the Monday (Preliminary Final Tuesday) prior to each match of the finals played that week. Teams will communicate directly with members the process for purchasing tickets during the pre-sale. 

*Only members of home and away teams playing in applicable match will have access to pre-sale tickets. 

Members are permitted to purchase maximum of four tickets per membership.

*If Sunshine Coast Lightning host in Week 1 and/or 2 of finals at the University of Sunshine Coast venue, members will be permitted to purchase only one ticket per membership. 

Please note it is expected that the ticket allocation will exhaust quickly, therefore it is recommended that members be ready before the pre-sale period officially opens.

For the Grand Final at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, this is 4 tickets/barcode with a maximum of 10 tickets/transaction.

Both home and away members will have the same opportunity to purchase tickets during the Exclusive Member Pre-Sale periods.

Netball Australia has worked closely with the venues to ensure a similar allocation of tickets are available to purchase by the General Public as are available at the venues during the regular Suncorp Super Netball season.

2 – 14 years (inclusive). Patrons under the age of 2 are free however will not be allocated a seat and therefore must sit on knees of a patron.

Concession tickets are available for holders of Full Time Student, Pensioners and Seniors Cards.
