Stanton has penned a one-year deal, while Francis will be with the Club until the end of 2020.
Francis has developed one of the most potent defensive duos with Captain Courtney Bruce, with pair combining for 133 deflections and 61 interceptions in 2018.
The Englishwoman was a driving force in Fever’s charge to their maiden Grand Final in 2018, and is one of the elite defenders of the competition.
Stanton is one of the country’s up and coming shooters, and was used across the season by Head Coach Stacey Marinkovich at the Goal Attack position, finshing the year with 11 goals, 26 centre pass receives and 34 goal assists.
Marinkovich said the duo’s signatures were integral to the Club’s future success.
“Stacey is one of the League’s best defenders and Kaylia is certainly a shooter on the rise,” Marinkovich said.
“We have a clear vision to be the best elite netball club on and off the court, and the attributes both these players bring certainly contribute to us achieving that vision.”
