Up and coming Collingwood goal attack Gabrielle Sinclair is the latest Magpie to put pen to paper on a new contract for the 2020 Suncorp Super Netball season.
Sinclair, who was awarded her first Super Netball contract after starring for the Tasmanian Magpies' Australian Netball League team in 2018, took to the court in nine games in her debut season, scoring 34 goals.
The new deal leaves defender April Brandley and midcourters Kim Ravaillion and Madi Browne as the only Magpies players still uncontracted for 2020.
Collingwood General Manager of Women’s Sport, Jane Woodlands Thompson, hinted that other clubs had come calling for Sinclair's services.
“Gabby has played a crucial role in our campaign this season and we are thrilled to have her see out another year at the Holden Centre,” Woodlands-Thompson said.
“Known as an up and coming attacker across the league, Gabby was sought after by a few clubs."
“We are beginning to build something special here at Collingwood and appreciate the loyalty and commitment Gabby has demonstrated."
“We look forward to what Gabby will bring in 2020.”
