How do you like to keep active at home?
I love playing in the backyard with the dogs. Chasing them is great for speed, footwork and agility.

- Create a weekly workout routine
- Decide and commit to your exercise regime the night before
- Do the exercises you might not love first and save the good stuff that you look forward to for the end of the week or afternoon sessions

Salmon, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower mash
What’s your day on a plate look like?
Brekky – eggs and avo on toast
Lunch - chicken, avocado, spinach, tomato wrap
Dinner – meat and 3 vegetables (I’m very basic, but attempting to try more recipes while spending more time at home)
Snacks – yoghurt, fruit, rice cakes with peanut butter
