How do you like to keep active at home?
Have the music as loud as possible (sorry neighbours), get on the boxing bag or shadow box and box to music. I have just purchased an assault bike it’s absolutely brutal but does the job! Am loving have weights at home atm too it’s a little playground in our spare room now!
Three tips to getting active from home?
- Set a target for the week.
- Get into a routine 👌🏾
- Make it fun and involve friends (zoom, FaceTime, Houseparty etc)

Salmon and salad nothing to fancy.

Brekky: eggs plus greens
Lunch: meat and salad
Dinner: meat and vegetables
Snacks: protein shake, keto protein balls, sugar free custard or sugar free jelly
